As the banner that the LOVELY AND TALENTED ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) cephiedvariable made for me says, this journal is now Friends-Only. Comment to be added - I may or may not add you back, depending on the things we have in common/don't have in common.
I'll leave a few of my posts open for public viewing, just so those browsing Idol Talk can get a taste of what life on my journal is going to be like. It's nothing amazingly special, though.

OMFG I just marathoned 30 episodes of Bleach in a day. @.@;; The most startling revelation I had about the series had nothing to do with the plot, go figure, but instead this special little gem:

HUGE FRIENDS-CUT OF DOOM happening before I go to work today. I would say that you can comment below to stay added, but...er, no. You guys can work yourselves into a frenzy over this, and you're perfectly entitled to so I have no complaints, but all I ask is that you a.) keep it off my Livejournal, and b.) don't give anyone a hard time who happens to stay on my friends-list.
I realized that I, exponentially, have a problem when it comes to etiquette and talking to people in general, so I'm just going to sort of...stop. Doing it, that is. If any of you actually WERE trying to accomodate me and my depression by talking about light-hearted fandom things, then I apologize for misinterpreting it so badly. But who actually knows, eh? I don't take back how I feel. I'm just sorry I forgot to filter the thing before I went off to make dinner, but hey, I was hungry. Shit happens.
Anyway, this friends-cut is going to take freaking forever, so I should get started on that now. Hope, Stick, Maaya...I haven't decided about caveat__lector. I don't feel very comfortable there anymore, and I don't want this stupid fighting with the rest of the fandom to give you guys a negative rap. So I may remove myself from the comm membership/maintainership, and leave you guys to pick a new fourth member on your own.
I'd leave with something really snarky and evil to say, but in the end, what's the point? I recognize my faults. I should have kept my mouth shut.

In bad news, it only has a 4-bit color system (for those who don't know, that's only 16 colors for the entire goddamned display).

But other than that, it's completely awesome. I ran the setup for Windows NT smoothly, and the external floppy drive and AC adapter work great.
...And for some reason, it won't let me maximize the resolution. It's, like...permanently stuck on an 800x600 that doesn't fill the entire screen.
EITHER WAY, I LIKE THIS COMPUTER AND HERE'S HOPING A POWER SURGE WON'T KILL IT LIKE THE LAST ONE. *goes to buy a surge protector*

This is in regards to the laptop I just bought off of E-Bay, which I am still really excited about blah blah blah. It's not the "being shipped on Wednesday" part that bothers me, as today's Tuesday and people are busy and stuff, which I understand. It's the UPS part. I PAID for goddamned priority shipping. I don't want to wait 4793849038043 weeks for my computer to arrive in shoddy condition and/or missing various parts, especially when I PAID for the goddamned expensive top-of-the-line shipping.
...ohmygodwhatthefuck. At least it's only shipping from PA, so it won't take too long to get to where I live.

I can't take this game anymore. It's so suspenseful and traumatic that it makes my head spin. I was planning on typing up a huge DDS rant the other day because I finished the first game, but fuck, I picked up the second game and COULD NOT STOP PLAYING WUT.
It's just that good. I seriously recommend this fucking series for everyone. YES EVEN YOU AMANDA THOUGH I KNOW THE CELL-SHADING AND CONSTANT LEVELING UP WILL MAKE YOU SICKER THAN THE PLOT WILL. XD;;
I need to beat this game. ASAP. And then mourn the fact that it's all over and that I now have nothing to do with my life YET AGAIN.

...48 hours this week, on the schedule. Every day I work this week is a 8 and a half hour day. I barely have time to fill out my medical assistance forms, let alone...do any other things. >__<

Fuck. Working another ten-day week today, because I worked 6 1/2 hours on my day off yesterday. -___-;; Knowledge is less painful because of promise of overtime, however, I am DEAD. TIRED.
Got called in three hours early today, too. Am now working 8 1/2 hours today, tomorrow, and Sunday. I'm bloody exhausted, and I'll probably top 50 hours this week, honest to God.
To everyone who keeps telling me to suck it up because 50 hours a week is nothing (AKA: MOM): my pounding headache brought about from exhaustion begs to disagree.

In other news...argh. I want to write SO BADLY, but I never have the time. When I get home from work, I just don't feel like it, and I don't really have any time to do it BEFORE I go to work, either. ;___; Ah, well.
We got a bit of snow last night, but it wasn't nearly as much as everyone was expecting, God damn all the stupid retards who flooded the store last night buying provisions to last them through March. -____-;;

I'm actually going to attempt to make another post today with FICCAGE, but I just wanted to advertise this community for my beloved f-list:
try_this_fic. It's a fanfiction reccing community, and cephiedvariable and I have both signed up to rec FMA fics for the next two months (she's doing December, and I'm doing January). But more importantly than that - as the fics we'll be reccing you've all more than likely read - it's a BRILLIANT gateway community for other fandoms, especially if you're looking for good fic. They've done things like GetBackers and Yami no Matsuei for the month of November, not to mention other fandoms like Final Fantasy VII, Naruto, and Hikaru no Go in their memories.
So go give this community a shot! And if you've got a fandom BESIDES FMA that you'd like to rec, go ahead and sign up! It'd be entirely 100%ly awesome. ^___^
...and now I'm off to reformat my floppy disks so I can actually POST some fics. >__< Argh.

[a rather sheepish EDIT of the EDIT]: ^^;; Let me tell you the story. I first read Learning Curve waaaaaaaay back on my days at FanFiction.Net. It is quite simply THE BEST Roy+Ed genfic oneshot (because duh, Sol's arc is the best epic genfic out there, even if it WAS supposed to be preslash) that could possibly exist anywhere. The end. And I had no clue Vikki wrote it. And now I want to hang myself with shame. :(
